Relation of E. Walters?

The Australasian March 19 1890 in answering a cricket question from a reader said "F. Walters of M.C.C., played for South Melbourne and Carlton."
As no dates were given and as the question is in relation to cricket, then there is only a small possibility that this is the same person.

The Australasian April 101920 ( p19) has a photo of a Victorian Cricket team in Adelaide in 1881.
In this photo is Carlton footballers George Coulthard and Harry F. Boyle as well F. (Francis "Frank" Henry) Walters.
