Royce Enders was originally recruited from Stanhope and came up through the U/19's (1982 - 1983) to later play Reserve Grade Football in 1983 and 1984 for the Blues. Enders was dangerous around goals and booted his fair share of goals whilst wearing the Navy Blue Guernsey particularly at U/19's level.

He did not manage a Senior game for Carlton.
