Game Review

Wayward kicking for goal again tarnished this clinical destruction of the hapless Hawthorn, but it was an appropriate way to welcome a youngster destined to be one of Carlton's greats of the post-war era - Fred 'Mulga' Davies.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 4th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 115.4.
