Game Review

A first-up encounter at PP against the Demons who hadn't threatened for several years appeared a leisurely assignment. And after some minor concerns in the first quarter, so it proved.

The further the match progressed the clearer the chasm is class became evident.

The Blues were best served by Swan McKay (10 marks, 4 goals), Barry Armstrong (26 kicks), Trevor Keogh, Rod Ashman, Brian Walsh and Percy Jones.
