Ross Addlem was a tall blonde ruckman recruited from Serpentine which was located in the Blues Bendigo zone. Addlem was an aggressive type ruckman which resulted in him fronting the tribunal on three occassions in 1982 whilst playing for the Blues Reserves (twice being the offender and once as a witness).
Addlem passed away on the 15th February 1991.
He did not manage a senior game for Carlton.
