Michael Davis was placed onto the Blues Rookie list for the 2002 Season. He was originally on Essendon's 2001 senior list. He was recruited from Beaumaris via TAC Cup Team Sandringham U/18's. Davis is a durable midfielder, he was an U/19's All Australian who moved from Queensland (Morningside) to follow his AFL dream.

He didn't manage to play a senior game for Carlton.
