Greg Boxall played U/19's football for Carlton from 1967 to 1968, he also played reserve grade football from 1967 to 1970. Boxall headed to the VFA to play with Williamstown, he was their leading goalkicker in 1978 with 32 goals. Greg Boxall played with Williamstown from 1971-1978 that included 88 games and he booted 170 goals that included the 1976 Premiership. He was also named as full-forward in the Williamstown team of the decade in the 1970's..

Boxall was recruited from Bulleen.

He did not manage a Senior game for Carlton.
