The only mention of Powrie found so far is an item in The Australasian newspaper on May 01 1880 which says that he is a new recruit from Carlton Juniors.
His first name not known.
Mark Penning's book Origins of Australian Football Vol.2 says, E. Powie recruited from Victory (North Melbourne Juniors) in 1880.
