Daniel Marshall was taken at Pick 69 in the 1995 National Draft. He was originally recruited from Frankston YCW via TAC Cup Team Dandenong U/18's. He was delisted at the end of 1996 but played Carlton reserves in 1997 as a Supplementary List player.
Marshall was a strapping young key position player who played mostly in defence, but was also handy at reserve grade level as an undersized ruckman.
He did not manage to play a senior game for Carlton.
