McCall has been a Level 2 Sports Trainer for the past 16 years, joining Carlton’s AFLW team in its inaugural season. She has held the position of head trainer for several clubs, including Corowa-Rutherglen Football Netball Club, Maribyrnong Football Club, Pascoe Vale Football Club and Tullamarine Football Club. While working at these local organisations, she was also a trainer for the Northern Blues and recently left her full-time finance job to work with Carlton’s senior men’s side.
