Game Review

Carlton won their second game for the year in thrashing the Tigers at home. The win allowed us to go 6 points clear of bottom teams Richmond and Geelong, but still 2 points adrift of South Melbourne who were sitting in third.

Again, Collingwood and Fitzroy looked to be building a lead on the rest of the competition.

Club Great Rod McGregor would bring up his 200th game at the age of 34 years, 233 days, which remains our oldest Blue for this milestone.

At the end of this round Carlton were in 4th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 124.5.
