Game Review

Although Blues captain Bob Chitty shut down Collingwood champion Des Fothergill yet again, the Magpies' accuracy in front of goal nearly pinched the win. Carlton held on to sixth spot on the ladder, but with a much poorer percentage than Richmond (5th) and Fitzroy (7th).
