In Season 1904, Jim Cullen played his one & only game for Carlton. He ran out for Carlton in the first round of 1904, alongside debutants Arthur Ryan and Ted Kennedy, but unlike these guys, Cullen would not play another game.

1901 Record June 22 (p3) reported ex South Melbourne Jim Cullen playing for Leopold.
In 1902 the Record Emerald Hill May 31 (p2) reported Jim Cullen had been replaced as vice captain of Leopold.
