"No.23, F. MOUNT: One of the juniors who plays on the wing. Is very smart and dashing. The smallest man in the team.
Height, 5ft. 9ins*. weighs 9st. 8lbs. Joined the club this year."

.*Must be a misprint as a report in the Arrow August 19 (p13) said Frank was 5ft. 5ins. and 9st. 5lbs.

Wearing guernsey #23, Mount played 4 games for Carlton after debuting in 1927. He was granted a permit to Coburg in 1928.
