The Shepparton Advertiser July 21 1908 p3;
"A. Pattison, who last year was one of Caniambo West's best men, but now a member of the police force doing duty in the metropolitan district, last Saturday played for Carlton, and, according to "The Age" report, with much success."

Shepparton born Pattison played 8 games and kicked 1 goal after first pulling on the boots for the Blues in Season 1908. He was recruited from Caniambo which is South-East of Shepparton.

Pattison then played with Fitzroy from 1910 to 1911 in which he played 16 games

In 1912, Pattison played one game for Richmond whilst wearing the No.14 guernsey.

Andy's brother George played 8 games for Fitzroy in 1914-15 and 17 and his son Frank played 4 games for St. Kilda in 1951.
