Arthur Moore played 1 game for Carlton when he debuted in 1898. Moore was born in Richmond, but recruited from Norwood in South Australia and after starting off his footballing career in Parkside (a junior side in the Richmond district) in 1892 before going to Swan Hill. He died in Hawthorn in 1950. He cousin Bob also born in Richmond in 1870 and started he football career at Parkside in 1892 would also played 2 games for Melbourne in 1898.
