Victor Rapp would play a single game for Carlton, taking the field in Navy Blue in Season 1899. He was born in Essendon and recruited from North Melbourne Juniors.

In 1905 he was granted a permit from South Melbourne to North Melbourne.

Under the heading of C.Y.M.S. Association, "Victor Rapp, the old North Melbourne senior player, is now a member of the Flemington team."

Victor Emanuel Rapp, late of the Victorian Railways, 15 Grandison Street Moonee Ponds passed away on the 3rd July, 1944 aged 63, buried at Fawkner Cemetery.

In 1928 at a Coroner's Inquest Victor Manuel Rapp a motorman (train driver) of Robert Street Essendon, gave evidence in the death of a woman who was struck by a train at a crossing in Brighton. (Herald July 27 p6)
