Game Review

Carlton's bright start to 1926 would end with a tight loss to Geelong in Round 3. Carlton fell to 6th place with 2 wins and 1 loss after the 3 rounds.

Alex Duncan who in the 1924 season had been reported for "making an offensive motion to a boundary umpire" found himself on report for deliberately throwing the ball at Geelong's Lloyd Hagger. He was suspended for 4 weeks. Interesting times!!!

At the end of this round Carlton were in 6th spot on the ladder with a percentage of 115.7.
