The younger brother of Setanta, the 200cm Aisake (or 'Zakky') was first Rookied by the Blues (using the International Rookie provisions) in 2005. A taller and leaner player to his brother, but again with amazing agility and a huge leap, Zakky was tried up forward and in defence in his first year of football (for the Bullants Reserves).
Retained as a Rookie in 2006, Zakky moved to a position likely to become his main game; the ruck. After some great performances for the Bullants seconds, he found himself in the Bullants Senior line-up in only his second year of football. These performances were enough to see Zakky retained as a Rookie for Season 2007.
After a series of strong performances in the Ruck for the Bullants Seniors in 2007, Aisake was - according to the press at the time - set for a promotion from the Rookie List for the Round 13 game against the Dockers. Much like his brother in 2005, his promotion was deferred by an injury, this time, a groin injury, which would end his 2007 Season. However, he had shown sufficient promise and was promoted to the senior list at the end of Season 2007.
For the 2008 season he moved from Guernsey No. 45 to No. 35. Unfortunately for Aisake and Carlton, 2008 didn't work out for 'Zakky'. Whether in the ruck or around the ground, Zakky's fourth year at Carlton was spent with insufficient time in the Bullants seniors, and by season's end, part 2 of the irish experiment was over when he was delisted. Unfortunately for Aisake, he had to compete against some great young ruck prospects in Matthew Kreuzer, Shaun Hampson and Robert Warnock.
