As well as working for the Blues' AFLW team, Rock also works as a high performance trainer for the Australian College of Sport, and previously gained experience within the high performance department at Coburg in the VFL. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (RMIT), a Masters of High Performance Sport (ACU) and is currently completing an honours in Exercise and Sport Science (La Trobe University).
