Michael Scicluna started playing for the U/19's in 1987 and graduated to Reserve Grade football for the Blues in the late 80's and early 90's. In 1990, Scicluna headed to VFA club Prahran with fellow Blues teammates Jon Henry, Scott Langan, Peter Mark, Mark Edwards, Tim Taylor and Mike Barron-Toop.


Scicluna was recruited from Hadfield.

He did not manage a senior game for Carlton.
