1882 M. Lemon was playing for Waverley United. (a Carlton based team) (Sportsman May 24 p4)

1885 March 27
At the Carlton AGM, M. Lemmon was awarded Mr. W. Cook's prize for excellence in play for the Second Twenty.

1886 June 05
Lemon was named in the 24 man Carlton Reserves/Second Twenty squad to play Fitzroy Second Twenty on Princes Oval.

1888 CFC Annual Report, Lemon scored 1 Goal in the Reserves.

1889 At the Carlton AGM on April 5, Carlton Reserves/Second Twenty player M. Lemon was presented with a gold locket for excellent play.

1892 Lemon named in the Carlton squad to play a pre season match against Brunswick at the University C. G. on April 23.

1893 A player named Lemon was playing for Footscray.
