Lillian O’Sullivan has expanded her role at the Carlton, joining the women’s team as its player welfare manager. Lil has also been the Club’s nurse for the men’s squad for a number of seasons. She will be the first point of contact for the players, as they develop as professional athletes, as well as people. Lil will also work closely with the coaching group to ensure all the players are exposed to furthering their careers and maximising this opportunity.
