John Seipolt came up through the U/19's to later play Reserve Grade Football in 1979 for the Blues. He was also a member of the U/19's 1978 premiership which was under the guidance of former Carlton premiership winger Bryan Quirk.
Seipolt was recruited from Donnybrook, he would later play with VFA club Coburg.
He did not manage a Senior game for Carlton.
