Andrew Briggs played reserve grade football for Carlton in 2002.

Briggs was originally recruited from Echuca via TAC Cup team the Bendigo Pioneers. Briggs then had a run with St Kilda reserves before heading back to Echuca. He was playing at VAFA Club University Blues when he was called up to play reserve grade football for the Blues.

Briggs headed to VFL club Coburg for the 2003 season.

He didn't play a senior game for Carlton.
